I have always had sweet dreams of decorating cakes and cookies since a young age. I have been baking my way through a lifetime of special occasions. I have made a career of baking for over 10 years. I am professionally trained with a certificate in baking and pastry from the French Culinary Institute in NYC. I have also taken classes on hand made sugar flowers with several well-known instructors such as Ron Ben-Israel. My passion for baking has taken me many places. In 2004, I traveled with NYC cake designer Colette Peters to make a replica of the White House for an inaugural party in Washington, DC.
